Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
My intention is to offer care with respect for your time and mine. Please review the following policy before scheduling.
Appointments Must Be Confirmed
Appointments are not confirmed until:

Insurance Coverage Eligibility is reviewed and verified that your plan includes coverage for nutrition visits.

If you are scheduling through the donation-based option, your appointment will be confirmed once your payment is received.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours before your session.

Eligible for a full refund of your donation.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours may result in:

loss of the session (for insurance-covered visits)

if not an emergency situation, not eligible for a refund (for donation-based payment)
No-Show Policy
If you miss your appointment without notice:

future scheduling requests may be limited

Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the session time, pending availability.
Emergency Situations
I understand that unexpected events happen. If you experience an emergency, please email me as soon as possible and we will find a compassionate solution. Donation-based payments are eligible for refunds in special cases.
